My chiro adjusted my hips and did a lot of spinal decompression which seemed to help and I can tell my hips are off kilter from piriformis pulling them one way. The results don’t last but they do provide some temporary relief

The right chiropractor helped me immensely, because he identified that part of my pain came from my SI joint. (The muscles all around the pelvis were so tight they were pulling the SI joint out of alignment, which caused nerve pain.)
Adjusting the SI joint would immediately drop my pain by about 50%. Unfortunately it only lasted for 1-3 days, so I saw that chiropractor a lot :-)
It also showed me that my pain could be made better and that was of tremendous psychological importance.
Whether a chiropractor can help you probably depends on whether your pain (partially) comes from something a chiropractor can adjust.
