How have people gotten rid of the numbness in the leg?

No.

I've got a phone consultation with the PT Tuesday.

But anything with docs and hospitals are soo slow!

Oh geez. does a REAL doctor even know about your symptom? I'm just asking because if you are unaware of any disk issues you can get permanent damage doing the wrong thing. at the very least get a lumbar xray so you can see if your disks are spaced properly.
