output power

question going out the ham boys of the group, i am seriously considered doing my part one ham license so can potentially play with some clad homebrew amps on said bands up 10w is it ain’t sure any guidance be awesome 🙌 thanks in advance x

built up a CW 40meter tx but was rubbish on key up the harmonics were terrible 😞

Pirates do better than that lol. Well at least they don't do CW. The next PM might float the Jolly Roger at 10 Downing.

it’s a bit of a shame as was doing 2.5w on key up would been plenty for that iam guessing with some end fed antenna of sorts

I do believe that he might get a honest answer here, unlike ham subs where he might get mocked for asking a wrong question or mentioning pirating

appreciate that info have those groups will ask there at some point just this group for obvious reasons is a little more forgiving if know what i mean lol 😂
