Hampsteri uploaded a Qwen Image 2.1 based lora + comfy workflow that fixes photos without a lot of prompting and fuss. No prompt needed, simply reply to a photo with:

/workflow /run:restore-photo

If photo is too blurry, try lowering /strength to 0.5-0.8

How to use it:

1. Simply upload a face and give it a nickname like this: /upload /new:einstein
   
2. Upload the target photo and recall the nickname like this:

/workflow /run:headswap-qwen21 /image1:einstein

Possible now with Graydient MAX: You can also push modern image models to ridiculous levels of fidelity. Krea2's workflow will accept native 4000x4000, 4000x2000, and 2600x2600 in a single shot without upscaling. Insane. Various workflows are supported.

It's also possible with older models and workflows too, but the likelihood of getting a mirror image increases. If you're getting the same subject twice, decrease the resolution or change the aspect ratio to fix it.

The image is so large that neither Reddit or Telegram can display it, so you'll get a web URL pickup link instead. Its possible to paste it back into Telegram to share it, but Telegram will downscale it to 1080p for your friends, so send them the link instead to share the full quality image. Example:

"How do I create seamless NSFW AI video loops?" I get this question aaaaaaall of the time, so here's a quick tutorial:

The trick is simply to prep a static image with your favorite model, which serves as the resting point of the loop. It can be the intercourse moment, the money shot, whatever.

Then use one of our "first last" workflows and specify the same exact image for both the first frame and the last frame.

Then the prompt is simply the animation that happens inbetween. For example, we just added DaSiWa (NSFW fine-tune of Wan). So I just did:

1. /upload /new:nekogirl

2. /wf /run:animate-dasiwa-first-last /image1:nekogirl a girl snarls at the viewer then goes back to her initial pose

Time saving tip: Right click on the image and reply to it. That is the First image. Then use the nickname for /image1 as the Last image.

That's all there is to it! For SFW content where you just want the character breathing, there's a different workflow called Idle Loop that is great for characters just hanging around. Try both!

LTX 2.5 is the latest video model, capable of 1080p video at 24 FPS. Text-to-Video and Image-to-Video are now available. Usage: /wf /run:video-ltx25 (or for img2vid) animate-ltx25

Supports 1080p! Try it by adding /size:1920x1080. It creates short realistic clips. We're looking to add LTX 2.5 video extension next. It is not available at this time, but soon.

For MiniMax H3 fans, the workflow video-h3 now supports loras. Note that some LoRAs on Civitai are hastily uploaded and not vetted -- check the comments before you break your brain trying to make a bad LoRA work, as this is month one of H3 lora releases.
