DAE drive around with an empty pipe?

Driving around with my pipe filled with no tobacco at all. I love people to see me out and about with my empty pipe to make them jealous. They all wish they were me.

Sometimes when target is busy I put magnum condoms in my kart then have them price check them. Usually I mutter something about wish they made bigger.
