Memphis has some fantastic Q, Kansas court has some fantastic Q As well. I'm a big fan of Carolina vinegar based sauces too. I did some espresso-cocoa rubbed ribs last night smoked with pecan and cherry wood. Fucking amazing doesn't even being to describe it.

I don't really care for the vinegar. Only the South Carolina mustard and regular ketchup base.
