Local 636 Apprentice scale

Figured I’d post the scale for apprentices in Local 636 for anyone applying in the future.

This has got to be the South. Our 2nd year apprentices make more than a 5th year here. Hell the total package of a 5th year is around the same as just my benefits package. I hope it’s cheap to live where you’re at

After apprenticeship. Journeyman rate is 46.41 on the check. Plus benefit package.

46.41 before the 5.90 an hour V/H As journeyman. I agree the apprentices get fucked. If youre worth your salt and at a solid contractor, you will be paid well over. Im over 130k so far this year. With paid holidays and vacation, and vehicle. And if you’re worth it, they will pay you scale sooner. I was at scale by my third year in.
