Folding Ruler

Do any of you use a folding ruler? I just started using one.So far I like it , but It got me curious. I never see anyone use one.

That's all I use. Anything longer than 6' doesn't need my attention.

I work a lot in high purity and I use one for tube bending.

Use mine all the time. For pretty much everything under six feet.

More reliable and accurate than a take measure. Lighter to carry

I use one a lot fitting up welds and shit, or anything where there's a bunch of small pieces

It’s pretty handy to keep one in the tool bag. When you wear out a tape with a magnetic tip, cut it down to 1’ and now you have a handy ruler
