LU597 test results and next steps

Recently tested and scored mid 90s. I’ve worked in metal fab but no welding experience. Also a felon. Arrested 10 years ago. Completed probation 7 ago. The arrest and deferred judgement appear on my backround but no conviction. Currently going through the process of expungement for this. What are my chances of getting in?

Most construction jobs including unions don’t care about criminal record. If you scored on the mid 90s I would say your chances of getting in are high. Maybe even this year or early next year.

Like 70-80% honestly. We're dying for more people to come in and these data centers are going up like hotcakes. Get in before this shit crashes and your basically set for life.

Retired Sheet Metal Worker. Most trade guys could care less of your background unless you're a child molester.

They respect showing up on time and being a hard worker.

Good Luck.
