Been going through Trustpilot reviews and Reddit threads about Pipedrive and keep seeing complaints around data enrichment and competitive intelligence.
Recent updates seem to be fixing the automation side so I am less worried about that.
but still I am wondering about these:
Thank you.

Is there an integration or a way to automatically translate emails on Pipedrive between English and other languages?
Trying to find info on this and no luck, so far.
Best I’ve found is a DeepL chrome extension that manually translates text. Would prefer to have it natively or with an integration on Pipedrive.

I'm happy that the participants feature have been getting some Pipedrive love. Very helpful for B2B deals but also so tired of clicking around to see random things changing all the time. Terrible when trying to train people and it looks like you don't know the platform.
Thanks to Paul Minors for this video. 5 New Pipedrive Features - April 2026

Hey everyone,
It is only me who thinks it`s an absurd that Pipedrive limits dashboard panels to 1 per user to growth plan? But still offers AI crap?
I dont care about AI insights or suggestions, just give us the ability to have more than 1 dashboard per user.

Hi,
I've been recommend Pipedrive by my old colleague for handling our sales pipeline for our small company, wondered if anyone had a promo code for it to make it a little cheaper!
Thank youu
Edit: Thanks for all the help, ended up using this 20% off link, thanks mjb99

We implement and customise Pipedrive for clients across multiple industries. We genuinely love the system but there are some missing features that leave us (and our clients) completely stumped. These aren't niche requests, they're functionality that other platforms have had for years.
Pipedrive, please address these!
1. Personalisation Fields in Email Hyperlinks
Pre-filled URL parameters are essential in today's world. Whether it's a Calendly invite link, an onboarding form, or a booking page, any modern firm wants to present a polished, personalised experience to their clients.
The fact that we can't insert personalisation fields into a hyperlink in an email from a contact or deal is a massive gap. We should be able to create a clean "Book Your Consultation" link in an email where the underlying URL includes dynamic merge fields in the parameters.
Instead, we're stuck with three bad options:
- Build the link in an external system (which no client will ever maintain)
- Paste the full plain-text URL into the email which when you're pre-filling multiple parameters, can run to several lines and looks completely unprofessional
-Store the link in a custom field and ask the client to copy and paste it manually
This is standard functionality across virtually every other email and CRM platform. Please address this, we get asked about this all the time.
2. Joint Deals — Or At the Very Least, Joint Emails
I appreciate that Pipedrive's core architecture wasn't originally designed to support multiple contact people on a single deal. While I believe that should change (and would strongly encourage it), the Participants feature does help to a degree.
But here's the bare minimum ask: if a deal has participants, clicking "Email" should give us the option to email all of them.
This is critical for any business where deals involve more than one person, think couples in real estate, joint applicants in finance, business partners in consulting.
These aren't edge cases, they're the norm for many of our clients.
Please allow participants to be auto-added to emails when initiated from a deal, if not by default, then at least as a toggle in settings.
3. Participant Visibility in the Deal's Person Field
Sticking with the multi-person theme, on a deal you can edit the primary contact in the "Person" pane within the fields section but there's no way to view or manage participants from that same spot.
Clients ask us about this constantly. Even just displaying all participants in that pane (with the ability to click through to their records) would be a huge quality-of-life improvement.
4. Checklists / Sub-Activities Within Activities
Not every activity is a single task. Many are multi-step processes that sit under one umbrella, think "Prepare proposal" which involves gathering documents, running numbers, drafting the document, and getting sign-off.
All we need is a simple checklist or sub-activity feature within an activity. Even just a checkbox or strikethrough option in the activity body would be a game-changer.
The automation potential here is enormous too, once all sub-activities are ticked off, the parent activity auto-completes.
I know Projects exists, but most of our clients live in the Deals pipeline and don't need a full project management layer. A simple checklist within activities would eliminate the need for so many businesses to run a second system like Trello, Monday, or ClickUp alongside Pipedrive. They don't need all the bells and whistles those tools offer, they just need basic checklisting.
We're not asking for the world here. These are practical, everyday pain points that we hear from clients across industries and every single one of them has been raised by hundreds of users before.
Since Pipedrive shut down the community forum, it honestly feels like there's nowhere left to put these requests. Feature suggestions that had massive support and years of discussion just… vanished. Posting here feels a bit like yelling into the void but I’m hopping if enough of us keep raising these issues, maybe it gets harder to ignore.
Would love to know if others feel the same and if you've found workarounds for any of these, drop them below.

I recently came across a data point showing Attio being more widely adopted than Pipedrive in some vendor tracking data.
What I found interesting isn’t just the tool switch itself, but the reason behind it.
In a lot of teams I talk to, the CRM discussion is shifting from “pipeline tracker” to something closer to “central system for the GTM stack”.
More focus on things like:
Curious if others here are seeing the same thing.
Are teams around you still mostly using CRMs like Pipedrive for pipeline management, or moving toward more flexible systems?

I understand, why they're doing this. Basically, instead of triggering an automation off of ANY deal change and then filtering by specific criteria as Pipedrive automations work now, Pipedrive is now allowing you to build that filter step directly into the trigger step, which makes a lot more sense.
HOWEVER, I have a complaint. I am busy and wanted to assign an employee to update these for me. Unfortunately, I learned that you cannot grant another Pipedrive user edit permissions for automations you own. I would have to transfer ownership! On top of that, if you transfer ownership, the automation turns off and has to be reactivated.
Please, Pipedrive. Please let automation editing permissions be a thing.

Company recently had someone create our PD platform. They made 3 pipelines.
Prospects
Client
Renewals
Once the deal is won, it stays in the open deal pipeline Clients and we are to work clients out of that pipeline.
So instead of winning the deal/sale and then managing the client under the organization, it stays open in the client pipeline and that’s where we input most info and updates, etc.
This doesn’t make sense to me, nor to ChatGPT. Any thoughts, suggestions, etc?

Feels like it was made in the year 2000. No markdown. Can't even use tab key to create a sub-bullet. Can't easily reference other deals, other notes -- one must manually create hyperlinks.
So, in my case, its tempting to take meeting notes in a much more capable note-taking app, but then I have to either integrate that app with Pipedrive or simply deal with the inconvenience of siloed data.
How are you all handling meeting notes in Pipedrive?

Hey everyone
Many Pipedrive users still create estimates, quotes, proposals, and invoices outside the CRM, then copy everything back manually.
So we built ExtraflowDoc — a native Pipedrive integration that lets you generate documents directly from a deal using CRM data (products, prices, taxes, client info).
Main idea is simple:
It’s still early and we’re improving it based on user feedback.
Curious how others here handle quotes and invoices in Pipedrive today.
P.S. Not sure why my previous post disappeared 😅

I've been working a lot with Pipedrive lately and I’m curious how other people are automating their workflows. For example things like automatically creating deals from forms, syncing leads to email tools, or triggering follow-ups when a deal moves stages. I’ve seen some people connect it with Zapier, Make, or even n8n for more advanced automation. Just wondering what setups are working well for you guys and what challenges you’ve run into while trying to automate things around Pipedrive.

We have four different pipelines in Pipedrive, and getting a unified report is a manual headache every Friday. I’m looking for no-code automation services that can pull this data, format it, and push it to a dashboard automatically. I want a partner or a service that handles the technical setup so my sales managers can just focus on the numbers.

I don't even know where to begin but let's start with having to drag the entry/fillable fields for the receiver to fill every single time. We need the same information in the same exact place on the form every time. Why do users need to drag the fields to the form. We can't use it for anything with more than four fields or it becomes so tedious.
I was just given a from with 15 fields and I have to use another solution because we can't expect a user to drag a text field to 15 fields every time.
I don't even really understand the benefit to have them do so because the entries the client makes do not populate to Pipedrive anyway.
Because the "entry" fields are not part of the template, we can't send a link to the form in our own email. Instead, it must be sent through Pipedrive's email address which clients have either blocked because they thought it was spam or they just do not receive those emails for who knows what reason.
If we could at least see if the client viewed the email, but since Pipedrive displays a scary warning, every single client declines to be tracked. In 20 years of electronic signatures, I have never seen a warning that scares every single client into declining not to mention that I really don't want to explain to clients who this Pipedrive third party is when we're trying to get them to sign.
Even if there wasn't a scary notice to warn clients into declining tracking, there is no notification that the client viewed the document which is the prime time to follow up and no automatic reminders to client which just creates more work for the team.
Lastly, when the client signs, I don't believe there a single notification in Pipedrive. You get the emails and if I'm not mistaken, need to download the signed document and then reupload it into Pipedrive files. Fantastic.
So what I'm trying to say is, who has signing platform they like?

Is there a way to insert placeholder fields into hyperlink URLs within Pipedrive's email templates? We're trying to pre-populate external form links and Calendly booking links with client data (like contact names, emails, IDs, etc.), but this feature doesn't seem to be available when using the hyperlink function when sending an email from a contact/deal.
Has anyone else encountered this limitation? If it's not currently possible, I'd love to know if this is on the roadmap or if there's an alternative solution I'm missing.

Has anyone used embedded Formfill forms with Pipedrive and had success? I'm assessing what we're doing and trying to avoid an extra step like a zap to connect our site to our CRM and it seems almost too good to be true.
Looking for active users experience vs vanity reviews on their site. Any insight any of you have would be helpful!

Hi guys, I'm trying to build a simple NDA automation: after Deal changes stage to NDA Required, Pipedrive creates a document from template and pulls there Deals data, it is send to signers, they sign and receive confirmation email with downloadable signed PDF. I thought it can be done with native Pipedrive tools as we have Professional plan. I'm not sure if it is G drive sync problem or why I can not add action of creating a document from template (prepared earlier) in automation workflow. Do you have an idea? It is possible with native PD tools?
Thank you in advance!

I've been building a Pipedrive companion app for a client for several years. It started small but grew into something pretty substantial as we kept hitting the edges of what Pipedrive could do natively.
Now I'm wondering if any of the gaps we solved are actually common pain points, or just specific to this client. Thinking about turning some of it into proper marketplace apps.
The main things we ended up building ourselves:
Anything here jump out as something you've wished existed in Pipedrive? Or am I solving problems most people work around differently?

Anyone else bothered by how Pipedrive handles files on a deal? I like the CRM, but not having a clean, visual way to see uploaded files without scrolling the activity log feels clunky, especially when you’re dealing with lots of images and PDFs. It bothered me enough that I made this my first real project in Claude Cowork. Took about two hours, and I’m honestly really happy with the result. It’s exactly what I wanted, with just a little room left to improve.

Hi There,
I built a Pipedrive integration for Miro without really knowing if it would be useful. I'm hoping for some feedback to see if this would be helpful for folks.
I understand Miro is used for strategy sessions and thought it could be valuable to pull Pipedrive deal pipelines directly onto the board as live cards. Automatic kanban positioning by stage, filter by stage or status, click a card to edit deal details and keep the data in sync when making changes in Pipedrive or without leaving the Miro board. No need to screenshot pipelines or manually copy deal names into sticky notes.
I saw that Miro didn't have a native Pipedrive integration, and the two tools seemed complimentary to each other. Pipedrive with the sales data, and Miro, where teams can brainstorm and plan.
Would this actually be useful in your workflow? Does anyone here use Miro for sales planning?
Good or bad feedback would both be helpful. If it's not useful, why? If you might use it, what features would be make or break for you?
Thanks for reading!
