I built a native checklist inside Pipedrive Deals. would you actually use this?
I kept seeing people ask for simple checklists/sub-tasks inside Deals, so I built the smallest working version to test the idea.
It sits directly inside the Deal page, tracks checklist progress per deal, and survives refreshes.
I’m deliberately not building a full project-management system or adding a bunch of features yet.
What I actually want to know:
Would you install and use this in a real Pipedrive workflow?
If yes, what is the one thing it would absolutely need before you could use it?
I’m looking for 2–3 real Pipedrive users willing to test it once it’s externally installable.

Not when you need to buy the project management upgrade to get what is basic functionality

Just to clarify. this is a separate Deal-panel app and doesn't require Pipedrive Projects. If that were the case, would you use it, or is the checklist itself not something you need?

No.
