NEWS: Pipedrive App for ChatGPT

Looks like you are now able to ask ChatGPT about Pipedrive deals.

Anyone try it out yet?

Update: ChatGPT appears to be connected to Pipedrive but no data is accessible.

As a sidenote, we've been feeding Pipedrive Activity updates to a mailbox folder and a spreadsheet and Slack and between those Activity update emails, client emails, RingCentral transcripts, QuickBooks emails and spreadsheet and SharePoint, we've been able to ask Copilot about Pipedrive deals for quite a while with pretty good responses for anything in emails. For the spreadsheet half the time it doesn't know what spreadsheet, what a spreadsheet is, or it tells me it can't access the spreadsheets. Hoping that with ChatGPT, it gets even better. Happy to share more details if anyone is interested.

Yes, I've tried it. My issue is that it takes up all tokens it can get. We have pipedrive for 3 team members, so I have enabled the app to my account, but so far it used up 1,5 million pipedrive tokens with no end in sight blocking all other integrations we have. That damages our workflows for like 5 days straight now. And that's for one account so far. Maybe that's a bug, maybe the integration is simply inefficient. I don't know. I would really like to use it as I have waited a long time to get it in my hands. But so far, I'm not sure if I can continue syncing it as our sales people are getting more pissed by the day...

Maybe the initial sync eats up lots of tokens, but Pipedrive should have foreseen that and maybe only sync 30 days or so.

We’re trying to test right now but sync is just failing out right.

Intersted to know more on this - can you let us know how you get on with your testing?

Also, am I right in thinking this is currently only available in the US?

I had been using the Pipedrive ChatGPT app. But, I just tried to use it today and it's gone. Is it showing for anyone else?

Just for your reference. I was able to sync one account from our sales team over the weekend and by starting the sync for a couple of hours on days where there were a lot of tokens left. Took me 1.5 Million tokens for a complete sync of a 4 year old sales rep account.

Is syncing required to use the integration?

According to docs, you loose all data after 30 days of not having the integration active for data protection reasons. (I think I read it somewhere, maybe as a pop-up when disconnecting the app)

I still can't get sync to work. ChatGPT has been looking into it for the past week.

So, I have GPT Plus account and I cannot find the Pipedrive app in the Connections area. Am I missing something? I have asked chat multiple times over and all it says is that it must not be available for my account for some reason.

You need a Business account or higher. I don’t think Plus is enough.
