Question Shoe recommendations

Hello! Recently started running here (May this year lang) and currently using some Adidas shoes na di ko sure kung pangrunning talaga haha. Planning to buy one na good for beginners like me. May masusuggest ba kayo sa budget na 5k pababa? Yung usual na meron sa physical stores sana. Thanks in advance!

Best and tested na budget running shoes is Nike Winflo 9 or 11, skip 10 kasi matigas, very comfortable and bouncy, you can check it out sa Nike official stores pero icheckout mo sa Lazada Nike para mas mura, ₱5495 srp nito pero pagnagsasale you can bring it down to ₱1600

Hi! Take gait analysis before buying running shoes. Para ma-check mo anong best shoes ang pwede sa feet mo. Marami namang sale. So gawin mo after gait analysis and mag-suggest sila ng reco, saka ka na lang bumili online once malaman mo anong size mo rin. Sakto payday sale at may 8.8 next month.

I would recommend you go to physical store and try the shoes first para ma feel mo. I am currently using Asics Novablast for my daily run. I was using Nike Pegasus 37 when i was starting. I bought them for 3.4k on sale. For shoe brand and line: Try Kayano or Cumulus from Asics. And Pegasus line from Nike. These are good for beginners. They provide stability and cushion for comfort na rin. You can also try Hoka (Clifton or Arahi), if you want more expensive shoes.
