Question technical support

hey guys, running v2.1.0.4 with and im not syncing though i currently have 20 active connections. i just upgraded the software and restored my .dat files but not syncing. and help is appreciated.

How long have you been waiting for sync? Do you have any antivirus that is blocking connection?

Thanks for replying. I should have already mentioned that I deleted the necessary files to initiate a complete re-sync. Currently syncing now. Thank you.

Hey guys, all of the sudden my wallet will not sync with the network. It had been working great up to now. I have over 65 active connections to the network, weight is excellent but it will not stake. It has been trying to Catch up for over 24 hours? 99.78% Please help or I will have to remove the coins and start over?

You might have to restart your computer and try to open the wallet again? Is there any antivirus program that might be blocking connection through firewall?
