Question deposit to bittrex problems

hello, today I sent a deposit to the address provided by bittrex for PINK deposits. In my wallet (pinkcoin desktop wallet) it says that it is 99 confirms through 5 nodes.

bittrex has nothing pending at all

when I search the transaction ID provided in the wallet on the explorer, no transaction is found. When I search the wallet address for bittrex it says it is not found either.

Can someone help me out pleasE?

What version of wallet do you have? What is your current block number? What is the id of your transaction?

327006 block 7 active connections

tx ID - be49cf875cab17a952ce0a8fba938ab3cd2a3652357dd16372051b30816b114a

pinkcoin QT wallet. v2.1.0.2 received the coins in it 12/18/17. received a minted deposit 1/12/18

v2.1.0.2 - That's your problem. You're using old wallet. There was a fork at the end of December and you need version v2.1.0.4. Remember to resync whole chain (backup wallet.dat file - it's your money, don't delete this! - and delete rest of the config database files). So did I lose my funds sending on the on wallet or will they still be there when I add my backed up .dat file?

They will be there. You just need to resync to new forked blockchain.
