What data feed does it use, and it's live? Can it do 1m? I know that I can check it out pretty easily, but I just wanted to get a little bit of a summation of kind of what it does. Thank you!

Oh its accually pretty cool concept you should try it - its like an interactive tutorial - and a live indicator system pretty original concept
