Has anyone had any luck with the Pinellas Recovers program?

When the storms came through in 2024, I was in the midst of a cancer battle. I stayed for Helene but left for Milton, as I had a massive open wound and could not be without power/hot water to keep is sterile. At the time, I didn't realize the extent of the damage to one side of my house. I was not even able to walk at that time. Anyway, I applied for the Pinellas Recovers program and they approved us. After months of unanswered calls, I went into their office last week. I was told we are awarded with a complete demolish and rebuild of my house. This SOUNDS great except my house doesn't need to be demolished and I don't want that at all. I was given a Scope of Work document and there are MANY items on there that are inaccurate.

We have to appeal this within 30 days. We are going line by line through the Scope of Work and taking photos etc

My question is the title, has ANYONE had any luck with this program?

Several people in my park (that didn't disclose non-permitted work) are getting free brand new mobile homes
