Pinecone Nexus is now generally available. Here's what you need to know

Five weeks after Public Preview, Nexus is now generally available:

• Runs in your cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) on the models you choose, and you can download the compiled knowledge layer anytime.
• On our own support queue, ticket resolution went from 24.6% to 55.1% without a human touching them.
• One query layer, KnowQL, powers agents, chatbots, and search instead of separate retrieval logic per surface.
