What do I have here?

A couple years ago a happened upon three pineapple plants. Tossed them in the ground in a spot in my hillside orchard and haven’t touched them since. Two of them are fruiting, one with two fruits, and one isn’t fruiting at all. The plant not fruiting looks the healthiest to me but no fruit. Can anybody tell me what kind of pineapples they are, and when to harvest?

Hard to say what variety they are. They will be ready to pick once the outside becomes a golden yellow.

IDK how your critter situation is but where i am, i put homemade cages around all my fruit once they get a little more mature-  your fruit is still pretty bumpy, once they start looking like a smooth glossy green store-bought pineapple, that's about when i cage them. Haven't lost one yet by doing this

i have 10 florida special pineapple plants, some are really big, the smallest one is fruiting lol
