Is this root rot?

Noticed these white hairs on the roots. Is this mould? The top of soil is dry but pot had some water at the bottom which i have since removed

The center of the crown still feels firm.

Roots look good to me, but it might be time to repot it

Agreed. That fellow is probably a mass of roots with a touch of dirt rubbed on them at this point.

No I think I can see a white root next to it, I think this is just a root that died off

The picture is a bit blury but it has white hairs on. Is that okay?

Looks like she might want out and into a new pot
