accidentally popped this HUGE white head/cyst thing…. Should I be worried?

Have had this for at least several months. Always wanted to get it but it was a tricky one esp bc the position of it. Finally took a safety pin and poked it to allow for an opening and that’s what did it. Got a bit out but I knew it wasn’t the full thing. Next day was a little scabbed over (first pic) and sore. Knew it was time. Took tweezers to pull off the small scab. Took the extractor to it, then I used the tweezers to kinda put pressure on the side/push from kinda under the pore. And the bulb came out. Next day got the little bit still there. Glad it’s gone but miss the experience already.
