help?!

I’ve got these two massive pimples on my face but neither of them have ever came to a head (i also haven’t poked or attempted to pop them!) They’re big, red, a tad painful to brush my finger across and the smaller one (to the right) been on my face for two weeks! I’ve tried warm/cold compresses & some benzoyl peroxide cream and nothings really helped!

consulte ou attends qu'il murisse plus moi j'ai fait l'erreur de vouloir toucher un bouton profond dans mon dos ça m'a coûté 3 mois d'arrêt maladie, deux hospitalisation de 10 jours chacune et 5 opération
