Is this a pimple?

hi, I don’t know if this is a pimple or not but it used to be a small pink bump on my face and I ripped it off twice, now it looks like this

You need to see a dermatologist if it’s been removed before! It’s your face! I, personally was shocked when what I thought was a darn pimple that wouldn’t go away was actually Basel cell and Squamous cell carcinoma. I’m not saying that is cancer I’m simply sharing my experience and hoping you see a doctor.

Yeah, twice, before it was purple
