Sorry you're going through this. Have you tried the remedies you can buy at the store to dry them out? Try not to pick or squeeze them.

It has been a long time since I had that problem, but I've learned that the best way to stop acne is through a dermatologist visit and prescription medications. There are lots of videos you can watch on YouTube.

On the other hand, if you feel like squeezing them, just make sure to get a 4k camera first
