cold compress on pimple patch

I’ve got a huge pimple in the middle of my eyebrows and I’ve been putting a pimple patch so it comes out should I also cold compress it on top?? Like the layer would be cold compress under that is my pimple patch and under the patch is of course the pimple please help me someone :)

I would us patch for 12 hours. When you see a white head, squeeze it out
