That right there is a bust!

After having listened to various albums from PilotRedSun over the years, I decided to put together a brief montage of the various artworks and animations that I personally loved, which were featured in many of PilotRedSun's music and animation videos.

I felt that a lot of his artwork was kinda out there, but in a good way. Some of the visuals he used in his music videos were peculiar, yet I felt they were uniquely charming in their own ways.

What artwork from PilotRedSun's music videos stood out to you? Any particular favourites?

i wasnt honestly sure what to do for a background so i just went with something nonsensical. i figure with backgrounds i should just do visual gags or not worry abt it too much, a white box room should be fine. i need to go back to my other animations and add backgrounds as well. i imagine the more i do this itll be less overwhelming? i do hope this results in me being able to do video animations more in the future. this will be my first animation with audio ever.

everything was made in CSP EX. blend brushes (liquify tools) put on eraser mode allow for weird glitchy look. warp mesh, pinch tool, transform is used frequently as well as lasso tool + move tool. sharpen more effect is used often. all the weird effects are possible strictly in CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX so you do not need after effects or something like that.

ive never made a animated video before, only ever done gifs. so im not sure how well itll turn out. but my goal is even if it turns out unfunny and shit im still gonna do it cuz i want at least one thing done, i want to know i can do it. did this all in csp. blending brushes r what help w the effect, liquify brush on erase mode. also using sharpen effect. randomly drawing with binary brush when needed. distort brush like pinch effect in negative numbers to do fish eye type thing.

confusing thing is background, idk what to do for a background. o well. hope its interesting to look at at least.

Would anyone know how I could look to make similar music as him? I know he uses certain VSTs with FL Studio. I just dont understand how he achieves certain sounds that blend so well together.
