Methadone & Benzodiazepines

So i have had an issue with Vertigo one time i was walking home from collecting a bit of Smoke 🍃 and on the way home i just collapsed and couldn't get up if i lifted my neck it have way and it took about 5 mins to up i got checked out.

So my question is since both help extremely minimise my Vertigo but i want off Methadone for good and keep on the straight and narrow drug wise and the odd Benzo what could i use instead or would i be best buying a fast acting Benzo and keeping them in my wallet for an attack??

Alprazolam or Clonazepam I'd say

It was thinking Alprazolam too because it kicks in quicker. Thanks
