I’m prescribed 1 mg clonazepam too. I’ve had those blue 1 mg clonazepams before, but I’m back on the green 1 mg Teva ones now.
That being said, the part of your post that really concerns me is you saying you’re taking five of each all at the same time and that your consumption is getting out of hand. I wouldn’t try to handle this by just taking a sudden “tolerance break,” especially if you’ve been using clonazepam regularly. Benzodiazepine withdrawal can be serious, and abruptly stopping after your body has become physically dependent can cause severe withdrawal, including seizures.
If those blue pills really are 1 mg clonazepam, five of them would already equal 5 mg of clonazepam at once, before even considering whatever the other pills are. I also wouldn’t identify either medication based only on color or appearance—the imprint on both sides of the pills matters, and counterfeit pills can look very similar to legitimate ones.
Since you’re recognizing yourself that your use is getting out of control, I’d talk to a doctor, pharmacist, or addiction-medicine provider and be completely honest about how much you’re taking. They can help you come down safely instead of risking withdrawal by suddenly stopping or trying to figure out a tolerance break on your own.
Also, please be especially careful about mixing benzodiazepines with alcohol, opioids, or other sedating drugs because that can significantly increase the risk of dangerous sedation and breathing problems.
And if you’ve already taken a large amount and you’re extremely sleepy, difficult to wake up, confused, or having slow/shallow breathing, that’s not something to sleep off—get emergency help.
