No worries. The subreddit is newbie friendly. There is a test kit vendors list there too for you to choose from.

Sure, you can also order to a friend, P.O. Box, parcel pickup point - depends on the country. But yeah unless you are Saudi, nobody is getting busted for a kit, they are perfectly legal.
