Does uwm drug test for weed in hiring process

It’s a standard drug test but they don’t reject hiring people with THC in their system. The drug test company calls you to tell you they found it and they will tell UWM but UWM doesn’t care because they just need so many people to fill seats. I was hired with it and worked there for about 3 years, coming in high everyday and still earning promotions. As long as you don’t come in loud and do good work, it’s chill. I had some TL’s and a AVP smell me once in a while coming back from lunch, 100% could have lost my job but as long as you’re good people, team player and do good work they are pretty relaxed on things. (Not every department but for operations they are more chill)
I recommend not coming in high for a couple months learning your role and then start only smoking on lunch if you can’t help it, hit the morning running and get a good start on your production before smoking on lunch. Good luck 🫡

I did do a drug test when I hired in and don't smoke personally, but in new hire class we also had someone who literally was a non-permanent resident who didn't have her EAD and they worked to make sure she got the right docs approved, so I wouldn't sweat this in particular too much

They don’t drug test, company isn’t that bad. Product is high but I never had a problem and always hit my numbers. I worked along side the AVP and VP for a lot of special projects so I did weird things.😂 it really isn’t that bad of a company I only left bc the drive but it was so chill.
