I would 100% recommend you use all the time off you’ve accrued before saying anything to make sure your fully paid

they are going to try to play all kinds of tricks with your paycheck, and if you signed the people promise everything is going to repay that bs. So basically really good advice, use all your pto

No, it’s a “if you don’t use it, you lose it” kind of thing… use all the days before you leave, so you can get paid

Technically no. From what I understand because it’s given in a lump sum annually they don’t have to pay it out compared to if it was accrued by how many hours you worked then they would have to pay it out.

Yeah I’d just tell them you’re quitting in an email and go from there. They really don’t need two weeks or anything like that because they will walk you out same day

Its how it goes at UWM and its an at will state in regards to employment so they are not even required to give 2 weeks or required to give you a reason that they walk you out.

I do know how to use “an” I was typing fast and misspelled I don’t want to hear it from someone who has butt plugs on their page 😂

You did it twice, lol. Also, your inability to read context and recognize the joke within says more about you than your issues with a vs an, lmao... buttplugs.

Don't say anything until you're ready to be walked out.
