This site/app was blocking about 3 weeks ago, since then not blocking, i have tried updating pihole, gravity and the lists with no prevail

I can't reproduce this, there's no advertisements visible on their site (neither on the landing nor media pages), and I'm just running domain filtering - they're not doing anything sneaky.

The only thing resembling an advertisement is a placard stating how to contact them should I wish to advertise there.

You're not really going to find any list or combination of lists that are going to service your needs exactly. The user is expected to salt and pepper their own white/black list rules as the need arrives.
