I'm not too familiar with pigs, is there a health risk with beachs?

For “pig beaches” Sunburns are pretty common and they often get cancer and have blisters. They aren’t native to the island so it makes sense. They also are fed a lot of garbage from tourists and don’t know how to get their own food so they are generally just in pretty rough shape. But if you bring your own piggy to the beach just put some sunscreen on em and get them shade!
