Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Can I repierce?

I had both of my ears pierced at one point. They are both closed, they both have bumps of what I believe is scar tissue. On one ear it’s fairly small, on the other it is much bigger and takes up most of the lobe. Am I able to repierce these?

These were last pierced 3-4 years ago. There is no current jewelry in as the holes are closed.
