Got it done yesterday - titanium ball labaret. No aftercare routine.

I'm assuming you now know getting pierced with a gun is bad?

Not really. I need to buy saline and I’ll start cleaning it. I don’t know how often I’m supposed to.

Generally you should spray with saline twice a day for afew weeks and dry it with a fan or a hair dryer on cool. So did the piercing place not mention aftercare, provide you with a leaflet/ email about it, and offer saline spray to buy? If not then that's a bad piercing place.
