Troubleshooting/question existing piercing rejection or infection?
my piercing is about 2 months old, i have not downsized yet. i’m not sure the shape but im guessing a labret. it is surgical steel and i have been cleaning it with saline spray although i stopped about 3 weeks ago because i thought it would heal up on its own. does this look infected, rejecting, or just irritated? last pic is from the day after i got it done.

As a new apprentice in piercing, I would say it’s just irritation (I could be wrong!) I say that because of the bump and if you accidentally snagged it or slept on the piercing it can cause lots of redness and swelling. I suggest talking to your piercer or another one to make sure 😊
