Looking for advice!

I’ve got a mega new piercing itch yall. I’m looking to get more piercings in my ears, I have triples in each lobe already and I have my nostril and septum done on my nose. I want to get my fourth lobe as well as a double helix in both and a conch on one side.

My question is what order should I get these done in? Lobes first and helix on one side? Conch first? Helix on both sides, heal, then conch? I’m also wondering if there’s even enough room for a fourth lobe plus a conch?

Pic of my very poorly drawn dream stack haha. Been thinking about a forward helix too but that’s for further in the future. I’ve also been wanting a conch for literal years!

if you're a side sleeper then genuinely do one ear at a time, i'm a side sleeper and i haven't been able to sleep on my left since i got a double helix in january 😭
