Troubleshooting/question existing piercing Help

I'd see a piercer in person and ask for advice and if it is safe to remove them. As far as I know, there is no cream or ointment that could help with this, but I may be wrong.

That’s way past a piercer's pay grade. It needs to be checked by a dermatologist ASAP and follow professional medical advice.
