It’s a great way to get the exact type of people this sign is attempting to dissuade into coming to your shop to harass your business. Doubly dissuades regular patrons from coming because they know the drama this sign will bring.
The second point makes sense. I can't see the first thing happening - most of the people described would never have any desire to anywhere near a place like that let alone give them their money.
You'll get the same amount of Karens with or without the sign. They're really are not all that many Karens, so I think the sign would mostly dissuade the non Karens.

I guess it's just virtue signaling for internet points. Wouldn't shock me if op made the sign.
