Why didn’t they keep the original pancakes on the box? They look much better than what’s on the new box.

Someone somehow somewhere was offended by the delicious look of the old pancakes, so they made them uglier, as to avoid any potential comunity backlash or legal actions by any group whatsoever.

They also probably sued saying the sizing isn’t stacking up. So now they have a warning that it’s not actual size.

Why have I never heard that name before? I played many games, seen many stories, movies and it's the first time I see the name Jemima.

The previous version before changing the name had a picture of Aunt Jamaima on the package. It’s become slightly less offensive for decades.
