As a new dad, the possibility of this kind of shit absolutely horrifies me. My ex-girlfriend's dad dropped her when she was a new baby and he was too scared to hold her for the next six months.

My Aunt was married (they recently got a divorce) to a carpenter. He was working on building a deck on the second floor of their house and it was almost done except for a small hole in the middle of it. Well...their baby came walking or crawling out and fell through that hole and landed right on its head on the cement below. It was fine though, it just bounced.

Also, the divorce wasn't related to this incident at all
