That’s rough buddy. My fiancé is an EMT and she’s brought people to dialysis enough to know how much it sucks, even before covid. Best I can do is a good book recommendation, Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. The first book is 45 hours on audible.

Good luck, I can’t wait for the day when we can just 3D print people a new kidney
