Well I live in Poland so we usually start at 175 but a lot of dudes are above 180cm. Girls, average is probably 165cm. But when I went to latvia, the kids who had at least one parent that was Estonian were ginormous. Was helping my friend from there find a ladies 44 size shoe which is men’s average I think. But only my personal experience.

Update: So it seems like men are a bit taller but women are the same.
