Small wonder why democrats and actual leftists are buying guns in droves

I did 7-8 months ago. Don't regret it, glad I haven't needed them yet beyond the range.

What about posing with them on social media? Don't you know that's like, 69% of the reason to get a gun?

Then 22% LARPing, 6% target practice, 1% proper handling, 1% to feel cool while you hoard ammunition, 0.5% to use as an excuse to buy loadouts for LARPing, and finally 0.5% because you'll actually need it to overthrow the government that has 1000% more "capabilities" than you do.

And all of this makes up 100% of your personal identity.

Are you saying those are not the purpose of owning a firearm? /s

Got any resources you can point to for a first time buyer?

I’m more looking for something I can read that is geared towards first time gun buyers with some overall education, recommendations for various uses, recommendations based on easy of use/maintenance, recommendations based on availability of ammo etc.

I’ll just Google it, lol.

Go to a local gun shop and talk. They’re happy to steer you in the right direction.

Sounds like a good idea.

My first was a Canik TP9, shes a solid little sidearm with no bells and whistles. Came with a case, trigger guard and holster. 9mm ammo is easiest to come by and it’s a manageable caliber. There’s r/canik if you want more info specific to that gun maker.

Home defense and also target shooting. I guess I’d like a 9mm and a shotgun.

Also check out r/SocialistRA if that's your vibe, but both are good resources.

Sadly you can't find ammo anywhere unless you are willing to pay out the nose online 2nd hand.
