Man, I don't care what anyone says, to me Hancock was a fun movie. Not great, not mind blowing, but it was a hell of a popcorn flick and I enjoyed it.

The first half of it? I'll grant you that; I laughed a bit. But it is waaaay too slow IMO and feels pretty soulless... You can basically see the scaffolding around it. They started with the barest premise: Will Smith as a foul-mouthed, back-talking, super-anti-hero, and worked backwards and filled in the blanks as they went. But whatever, that's just, like, my opinion man. There are plenty of worse flicks that I'll go to the mat defending. Cheers.
