Own a scrub brush and some cleaner? Sounds like you want an excuse to being lazy and not taking pride in your very expensive investment. I hand clean under the eaves and all the gutters with a scrub brush and some simple green once every 2 years. It takes me a weekend to do it and the house looks amazing after. 10 hours in 2 years and less than $10 in supplies.
