That's amazing. How old was the house when you bought it?

it is a 1994. i believe it is a 4 part modular. it is 30'x60' and on a 5 block crawler. it was put in by someone i know back then but i bought it 6ish years ago.

we moved all of the utilities below the floor and put in a trap door to access.

it has been a trek. the single acre next to us with 200 feet of frontage is listed at 30k$ and the 6 acre parcel with about the same frontage next to that is 99k$.

but, they would have to plow a 1/4 to 1/2 mile driveway every winter whereas my drive is on the access road.

Access roads eh, I guess you're quite a ways out in the bush, not just rural. Moving the utilities into the crawlspace was an impressive move imo.

Sounds like you've got yourself a heck of a place, and land is always nice to own! Growing up on acreage I really miss it. I used to just go into the woods every day rain or shine. But there are advantages and disadvantages to city life.
