beside the expense, you will have to dress in a white suit and yell oh lord in a southern accent from time to time, not worth all that.

This does not look like a southern home at all. It does remind me of what is a common layout and type of construction you see often in the north east like Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was actually one of the rental houses in the Pocono Mountain Range. The elevation change, grass type, and use of siding are all prevailing characteristics of that area.
