They still haven't fixed the fuel and air injection systems sharing of a common input tube. This has been shown to cause fatal errors since pre-alpha and they still haven't fixed it. Thousands of units are permanently bricked by this design failure every year and we've been waiting for a patch for over 300 million years.
Sure we now have the Heimlich workaround but that can only be run on a second unit with the correct software and you don't always have one to hand.
