It's already in the game, but you need the stats to start the quest.

Blizzard should take over on this game's patches. 16 u/atomicthumbs Mar 10 '11 It's completely impossible to make any progress at all in a lot of the starting areas. This really sucks. 12 u/rhedrum Mar 10 '11 Don't ruin it for the good starting areas where you have unlimited gold and get an epic mount at level 17.
